We are so excited for another amazing year at the Hollywood Tap Fest!! 🎉
Here is some important information so that you can be prepared to dance with us all weekend long!
Registration Check-In!
Check-in begins at 10 AM! You can visit the registration desk anytime during the weekend if you have any questions or need to make any changes.
Once you’re checked-in, be sure to keep your wristband or class cards with you throughout the entire weekend. You only need to check-in once, then you’re all set for the entire weekend!
Lunch!
No lunch will be provided or available for purchase on site during the festival weekend. We recommend planning ahead, whether it is packing a lunch, or coordinating an order to be delivered or picked up.
Parking
Street parking is available throughout the surrounding neighborhood, though availability may vary. Please allow extra time for parking!
All Star Concert!
Concert tickets are selling fast! IT WILL SELL OUT!
To guarantee your spot in the audience, be sure to buy your tickets now!
As a reminder, dancers performing in the show need a ticket if they want to watch from the audience before or after their piece.
Event Access
For parents, family, and friends! If you are supporting a dancer from outside the studio this weekend, we'd be so happy for you to join in on the fun during our events! If you're interested in joining all or most of the events listed below, the Events Package is the best option for you as it includes them all! However, if you're only interested in one or two, you're welcome to purchase a Single Event Pass by visiting the registration table tomorrow after 11 AM, or anytime on Saturday and Sunday!
Tap Jam and Party, 3 Lunch Talks, Student Showcase and Cutting Contest
Festival T-Shirts!
Students participating in the video shoot will need a Hollywood Tap Fest t-shirt. T-shirts will be available for purchase on-site, and we recommend purchasing yours early as sizes may sell out.
Cuerpaso Warmups!
Tadeo will be leading a group warmup for all parents (dancers are welcome too!) on both Saturday and Sunday from 9:00-10:00 AM. Sneakers are recommended!
